From Port Perry:  Drive north on Simcoe Street 11km. You will see the road sign for Seagrave, continue north up the hill and over the bridge to River Street, turn left.  136 River Street is the 4th house on the north side. 

From Lindsay:  Follow Hwy 7 to Manilla.  Turn left onto Simcoe Street.  Continue driving south until you see the road sign for Seagrave.  Turn right at River Street.  136 River Street is the 4th house on the north side.
